Hacienda De La Vida d.o.o. Kiseljak

Hacienda De La Vida d.o.o. Kiseljak conducts video surveillance to protect the safety of guests, employees, visitors, property, and business operations, in accordance with the applicable regulations of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Purpose of video surveillance

Video surveillance is conducted for:

  • protecting the life and safety of individuals,
  • protecting facilities, equipment, and other property,
  • preventing theft, vandalism, and other illegal acts,
  • protecting business operations,
  • determining the circumstances of accidents and other security incidents,
  • prevention and determining the circumstances of fire outbreaks.

Areas under video surveillance

Video surveillance may cover:

  • entrances and exits of the facility,
  • restaurant,
  • terrace,
  • reception,
  • parking,
  • yard,
  • kitchen, exclusively for the protection of employees, protection of property, determining the circumstances of accidents, and prevention and determining the circumstances of fire outbreaks.

Video surveillance is not conducted in restrooms, dressing rooms, or other rooms where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy.

Legal basis

Video surveillance is conducted in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the protection of individuals, property, and legitimate interests of Hacienda De La Vida d.o.o. Kiseljak.

Retention of recordings

Video surveillance recordings are kept for a maximum of 30 days, unless a different period is prescribed by law or their retention is necessary for conducting proceedings before competent authorities.

Confidentiality of recordings

Video surveillance recordings are considered confidential data.

Access to the recordings is restricted exclusively to authorized persons of Hacienda De La Vida d.o.o. Kiseljak who are authorized to manage the video surveillance system.

Recordings are used exclusively for the purposes stated in this notice and will not be published, distributed, or assigned to third parties, except when prescribed by law or based on requests from competent state authorities.

Hacienda De La Vida d.o.o. Kiseljak applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect recordings from unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or misuse.
